To my mind, Pam is teddy bear royalty, having worked for many years for the much-loved Chiltern firm during the heyday of the British teddy bear. Using beautiful mohair, she creates classic designs which never date, adding special touches to each one to make them different. One of the first artist-made bears I ever bought was made by Pam Howells bear and I love it today as much as I did when I brought it home over a decade ago.
