Lynn Bowie creates bears that are the very essence of cuteness. A bear artist since 1998, she has won nominations and awards in many bear artistry competitions. Although I had been a long-time admirer of her work, it was when Lynn created a gorgeous little character called Jyn-Jyn in 2007 for the front cover of Teddy Bear Scene that I really lost my heart to her creations. Like so many other teddy fans, I have been hooked ever since.

	Cowell So much sweeter than his famous namesake, Cowell, 9 inches, is made from a combination of wavy ginger and straight pile winter- white German mohair. He has hand shaded edtails and faux suede paw pads, and wears a fringed black collar. Price £75 + Small p+p
	Tickle Go on, give her a tickle! This gentle little bear measures  9 inches and is made from a straight, light peach and soft taupe German mohair. Extra detail is added by subtle shading and she has faux suede paw pads. Price £75 + Small p+p
